Are your products for me?
Yes! Believe it or not, our products not only work on kinks and coils, but also straight, wavy, and curly. Our products are for all genders, hair types, and ages - yes even babies!
I have sensitive skin, are there any allergens?
No! We are super proud to say this because the ingredients we have formulated with have been carefully chosen. Essential oil levels have been carefully measured to avoid irritation as babies also use our products, and we have specifically chosen nut free oils. The fragrance used in our Edge Control is also allergen free!
As with everything, it is impossible to absolutely guarantee products to be completely allergen free, so if you do have sensitive skin, we recommend that you do a patch test when using any of our products for the first time.
Do your products contain any nasties?
We don’t use DMDM hydantoin, mineral oil, sodium polyacrylate, SLS, SLES, DEA, phthalate, parabens, lanolin, fillers or any other harsh chemicals in our hair products.
Our Edge Control contains a very minimal amount of PEG-7 Glycerol Cocoate which is naturally derived and safe.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Our Edge Control containers are made from recycled plastic and can indeed be recycled. We specifically chose our Ooh Right There Hair & Scalp Oil and Hair Butter Grease to be packaged in glass packages so that you can reuse them either with us again (the dream!) or for anything else you may need them for.
Our shipping boxes are also 100% biodegradable so pop it in your compost or in with your food waste.
The packing nuts we use are potato starch-based and biodegradable too! Watch them melt by running water over them, or stick them in your food waste or compost to give some plants extra goodness!
We really care about the planet and are always striving to make our company even more ethical and sustainable.

How much for shipping and how long until I receive my goodies?
As much as we would love to offer free shipping on all our products, this just isn't possible as we are still a small business with limited capacity to absorb postage and packaging costs.
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, and are sent within two working days after receipt of payment. At this moment we cannot ship products weighing more than kg so the prices listed are based on 2kg weight.
Our UK shipping fees as of April 2022 are:

UK 1st Class (Tracked) – £5.55
Delivery aim 1-3 days
UK 2nd Class (Tracked) – £4.45
Delivery aim 3-5 days
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday
